Data Deletion

When you request deletion, MacroMkt AI will permanently remove:

• Your user account (name, email, password hash, preferences).
• Every social-platform connection associated with your account, including Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google (YouTube), X / Twitter, Reddit, and LinkedIn, along with the access tokens we hold for those connections.
• All drafts, scheduled posts, monitors, scan results, engagement metrics, and other content you have created or imported.
• Any logs that contain personal identifiers tied to your account.

We retain the minimum data necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g. billing records required for tax purposes) and de-identified aggregate analytics. Everything else is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of your request.

If you have a MacroMkt account

Sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account is queued for deletion immediately and is fully purged within 30 days.

If you do not have (or have lost access to) an account

Email hello@macromkt.com from the address associated with your account (or, if you don't remember which address that is, from any address you control — we will verify identity another way). Include:

• The email address tied to the account, if you know it.
• The social platforms you connected (so we can find any tokens or content tied to those platforms).
• A short confirmation that you are the account holder.

We respond within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirmation.

If you only want to disconnect a particular social-platform connection (for example, the Meta connection) while keeping your MacroMkt account otherwise active, you have two options:

• Inside MacroMkt, open Settings → Connections and click Disconnect next to the platform in question. We revoke our access token and stop calling that platform's API on your behalf.
• On the platform itself, remove MacroMkt from your authorised apps. For Meta, that is Settings → Business Integrations. Doing so revokes the token immediately; MacroMkt detects the revocation on the next API call and removes the stored credential from our database.
