Privacy Policy

MacroMkt AI is operated by Sakamoto Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company with offices in Miami, Florida, United States ("MacroMkt", "we", "us").

This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect when you use MacroMkt AI (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have about it.

Account information

When you sign up for the Service we collect your name, email address, organisation, and password. If you sign in via a third party (Google, Meta), we receive a verified email plus a unique identifier from that provider.

Connected social-media accounts

When you connect a social account (Instagram, Facebook Pages, YouTube, X/Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn), we receive access tokens and basic profile metadata for that account, scoped to the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow. For Meta (Facebook + Instagram) specifically we may receive:

• Your Facebook Page IDs, names, and access tokens.
• Your Instagram Business or Creator account IDs and the permission to read engagement metrics + publish content on your behalf.
• Public profile metadata required by the Meta Graph API to operate the connection.

We never receive nor store your Meta password. You can revoke our access at any time from your Facebook Business Integrations settings; doing so causes the Service to stop functioning for that account.

Content you create or import

Drafts, posts, captions, media, monitors, scan results, and any other content you create or import through the Service.

Usage data

Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, request path, timestamps) and product-analytics events that tell us which features are being used. We use this strictly to operate and improve the Service.

• To operate the Service. Storing your drafts, posting them to the platforms you've connected, running scans, and surfacing analytics back to you.
• To communicate with you. Service messages, security notifications, and (only with your opt-in) product updates.
• To secure the Service. Detect and mitigate abuse, debug errors, comply with our legal obligations.
• To improve the Service. Aggregated, de-identified usage analytics help us prioritise features.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you publish through MacroMkt to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We share data with third parties only in these cases:

• Sub-processors that host or operate the Service on our behalf (e.g. Google Cloud, our database provider, Resend for transactional email). They process data only under contract and only as needed to run the Service.
• The platforms you connect (Meta, Google, X/Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn) when you instruct us to publish content or fetch data on your behalf.
• Legal requirements. If we receive a valid subpoena, court order, or other lawful request, we will comply after reviewing scope.
• Business transfers. If MacroMkt is acquired, data may transfer to the successor entity, who must honour this Privacy Policy.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Connected-account tokens are retained until you revoke them (or they expire — Meta page tokens are roughly 60 days). Content you create (drafts, posts) is retained until you delete it. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain specific records longer (e.g. billing history for tax purposes).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, see our Data Deletion page or email hello@macromkt.com.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR / UK-GDPR. We comply with both regimes.

We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest, restrict access to production systems to a small number of vetted engineers, and store secrets (access tokens, API keys) in dedicated secret-management systems. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users in the event of a breach as required by applicable law.

MacroMkt AI is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from such children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-product notification. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
