Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MacroMkt AI (the "Service"), provided by Sakamoto Labs LLC ("MacroMkt", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and references to "you" below include the organisation.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including content published to any platform you connect.
• Tell us promptly at hello@macromkt.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence.
• Send spam, run automated scraping at a scale that disrupts the connected platforms, or otherwise misuse third-party APIs.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service except where allowed by applicable law.
• Bypass rate limits, security controls, or usage quotas.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Meta / Facebook / Instagram, Google / YouTube, X / Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, and others). Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms — Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Terms, and Developer Policies all apply when you use MacroMkt to interact with Facebook or Instagram. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their own APIs, terms, or behaviour.

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload through the Service. You grant MacroMkt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, display, and process your content solely as needed to operate the Service for you — for example, to publish a draft to the platforms you have connected.

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing in effect at the time of your subscription. We may change pricing on prospective renewal periods with reasonable advance notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access (with notice where reasonable) if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your access ceases; your data is retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content published through the Service will reach a particular audience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroMkt and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100.

You agree to defend and indemnify MacroMkt against any claim arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-product notification. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
